During this consult we will go over your intake forms and have a comprehensive look at your past and current habits, lifestyle, diet, work/life balance, all areas that relate to your health and well-being. This is a great time to ask questions or bring up any concerns. From here I will tailor a plan suited just for you, complete with a nutrition and supplementation protocol, along with  lifestyle and stress management recommendations.

• A complete health history intake - to be reviewed during our call.

During this follow-up appointment we will go over your original protocol and evaluate what is and isn’t working, make modifications, go over any questions or concerns you have, and get the encouragement you need to continue.
